There will be no returns allowed due to sanitary issues. Once you open a product or swatch it, that's when it becomes unsanitary.
Damaged/ Lost Products:
We know that sometimes items get damaged in the mail, if that happens please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as well as taking pictures of all damaged items and attaching it to your email, also please add your ORDER # as well. We will resolve the issue once we review everything. If an order gets lost in the mail that is not our responsibility, so please make sure your mailing address is correct before you proceed to payment.
Processing time for all orders take 3-5 business days depending on the volume of orders.
