There will be no returns allowed due to sanitary issues. Once you open a product or swatch it, that's when it becomes unsanitary.
Damaged/ Lost Products:
We know that sometimes items get damaged in the mail, if that happens please email us at email@example.com as well as taking pictures of all damaged items and attaching it to your email, also please add your ORDER # as well. We will resolve the issue once we review everything. You are only allowed a one time replacement of products that were damaged.
If an order gets lost in the mail that is not our responsibility, so please make sure your mailing address is correct before you proceed to payment. If you live in a apartment, please put your apartment number or your order will take longer to ship out.
Processing time for all orders take 3-4 business days depending on the volume of orders.
